Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Black Silk Events website (blacksilkevents.com.au) and your engagement of our event styling, production, hire and related services. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
Black Silk Events provides event styling, activations, themed events, corporate event production, custom builds, social event styling, entertainment coordination and hire and prop styling services across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Black Silk Events unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, modify or republish it without our prior written consent.
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a binding contract. Quotes provided in response to an inquiry are estimates based on the information supplied and are subject to confirmation once full event details are finalised. A formal agreement, deposit and/or booking confirmation is required before any service is confirmed.
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, including pricing indications, service descriptions and imagery. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free, and details of a specific event will always be confirmed directly with you.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party website.
To the extent permitted by law, Black Silk Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
