For corporate events and large productions, we recommend booking at least three to six months in advance. For smaller social events and styling packages, six to eight weeks is generally workable. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Yes. We offer end-to-end event production that covers everything from creative concept and supplier procurement through to on-the-day coordination and pack-down. You can also engage us for individual services such as styling only or prop hire.

We work across a range of event sizes and budgets. Please include as much detail as possible in your inquiry and we will provide an honest assessment of what is achievable within your parameters.

Our primary service area is the Gold Coast and Brisbane, both part of Southeast Queensland. We also travel further into regional Queensland for select events, considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to discuss your event location and we will let you know if we are able to assist.

Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with venue coordinators, in-house caterers and AV teams. Our experienced producers understand how to work within venue guidelines while still delivering a distinctive, elevated event experience.
